40 cents and a bottle of coke

I'm on my lunch break. I went and got a vegetarian sandwich from the cafe, it was good..slightly unhealthy with the amount of cheese and mayo inside. But it was good.

Now i shall suckle my coke zero for the remainder of the afternoon.

It's funny how even though i'm on my lunch break i always flick my screen back to my work emails if my boss walks past.

I don't feel the need to be incredibly chatty today thus i will stun you with my intriguing bullet points.

  • I am the best birthday present buyer of all time, my fiance LOVES his digital camera.
  • I need to find a cake that is layered with some form of cream but doesn't have jam in it.
  • As i'm lazy, I shall buy a chocolate mud cake and whip some cream.
  • I have my final post grad assignment to finish...i'm almost there. (ah who am I kidding, i'll probably re write it at least twice.)
  • I really like the cranberry and orange brunch bars.
  • Work has a strange mood about it today.
  • I had my first hair colour appointment for the wedding yesterday...it looks stunning in Ash blonde.
  • It's raining today...i want summer.

I bought a vegetarian sandwich one day - thinking I was being rather pure and good (normally have sushi). Read the label too late - TWENTY GRAMS OF FAT!!! What a fucking rip-off. If I wanted to consume 20 grams of fat, I'd make it on something worthwhile, not a sad salad sandwich.

Rain... blah and gloomy day in the city.

i so know what you mean!! those naked macadamia and apricot bites (which are basically seeds, nuts and apricots) have 10 grams of fat! They're only 27 grams in total!

I'm so not doing the veg sandwich anymore.

Nuts are classified as fat. Although I'm told they're not fattening.

yeah but they're a good fat.

The "plan" that my personal trainer's put me on (which I've been blatantly ignoring - mmm blueberry muffin...) tells me to eat 4 carb blocks (not including fruit), 2 fat blocks, 5 protein blocks, 2 fruit blocks and 5 vege blocks a day, no more no less - but all sauces are free (wtf?)

I can't find that much protein in a day?! and only 4 carb blocks? Where 1 slice of bread is 1 block, but so is half a cup of cooked rice - Where's the justice? So this plan's just a bit weird for me, and I'll stick to netball, touch, working out and drinking coke zero instead of coke, and having trim latte's with equal instead of normal lattes with sugar.

Oh and NO ALCOHOL (WTF!!???) - so if I drink, I have to drink so much that I can't remember that I actually drank at all, and then it cancels out :)
OMG DIETS SUCK.
